The saunas are open from Monday to Sunday, between 14:00 and 22:00.
There are 2 booking times: 14:00-18:00 and 18:00-22:00.
The price for hotel guests for 4 hours is €19, the price for external guests for 4 hours is €29.

The Arena sauna world offers an extreme Finnish sauna, a Finnish sauna with chromotherapy, an infrared sauna, a Turkish sauna, an ice cave and a cold pool. 

A dressing room with a cupboard, a shower and a hair dryer are available to guests.
